Несколько подсудимых были обвинены на основании ее заявления – но она ни на кого из них не смогла верно указать в суде.
Свидетели дают показания, которые резко расходятся с теми, что давали в ходе предварительного следствия. Почти все они вынуждены были в ходе судебного следствия признать, что несколько лет получали значительный пассивный доход благодаря счету в компании «Гермес», причем доход, существенно превысивший вложенное. Теория следствия о том, что за их претензии к «Гермесу» должен заплатить кооператив «Бест Вей», причем за 280 млн претензий почти четырьмя миллиардами, имеющимися на его счетах, опровергнута адвокатами.
Пора возбуждать новое дело, о реальном преступлении: преступном сообществе следователей, прокурорских, «потерпевших» и, возможно, иных лиц, заинтересованных в захвате имущества кооператива «Бест Вей».

<p>Weight is an important factor in skydiving and aviation. It affects aircraft weights and balances, fuel allowances, climb rates and equipment maintenance. Once at the drop zone, all customers are subject to a weight assessment by a Tandem Master. While we'd absolutely love to be able to take everyone skydiving, we do have some limitations when it comes to weight. Please contact the drop zone you are jumping at directly to find out the weight limit specific to that location. Everyone is weighed at check in, so if you weight 94kg or over (including clothing and shoes), surcharges will apply.</p>
